Why We Exist

Juniper Spark was created from a shared sense of possibility and a desire to help meaningful work make lasting impact.

Across decades of experience, we’ve seen strong missions slowed not by a lack of commitment or expertise, but by misalignment — between people and strategy, intention and execution, vision and day-to-day reality.

Juniper Spark exists to help close those gaps. We partner with organizations at moments of complexity, transition, or possibility, creating clarity, strengthening alignment, and equipping teams with practical tools that move strategy into action.

The Humans Behind Juniper Spark

Juniper Spark is a woman-led consulting collective with roots across the United States and deep experience working nationally and globally.

Together, our core team brings 50+ years of experience across public health, global health, philanthropy, evaluation, organizational strategy, and systems change. We’ve worked inside and alongside nonprofits, foundations, government, and research institutions, partnering with mission-driven organizations navigating growth, uncertainty, and transformation.

Our consultants combine rigorous analysis with practical execution, and we collaborate with a trusted network of designers, researchers, facilitators, and practitioners as needed — because real impact requires both expertise and adaptability.
